As with the Harley Quinn single speed build, emails have been flooding in with requests for more information on the conversion of the Surly Ogre to single speed. For those who like the Surly Ogre so much they want one themselves, the Surly Ogre is available as a complete bike or if you are more inclined to build one yourself, the frame and forks are also available. The complete bike costs between £1800 to £2000 with the frame set costing around £800. One thing about the Surly Ogre frame is you can fit just about any gearing setup, including single speed or fixed gear, internal hub gears, including Rohloff, and also normal derailleur gears.
