In this video, we start in Grangemouth, at the location where the Forth and Clyde Canal meet the River Carron and the Firth of Forth. We then follow the canal a short distance to a sculpture called The Kelpies, at Helix Park, then continue along the canal to a boat lift known as the Falkirk Wheel. From there we join the Union Canal for a few miles before dropping down through Falkirk, picking up zones along the way, before finally arriving back at The Kelpies sculpture.
